RA Minister of Diaspora responds to soldier’s letter

Recently “Hayern Aysor” published the patriotic letter from junior sergeant of the Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Arayik Markosyan. The letter was presented to RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, who was in Shushi to participate in the celebrations dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the liberation of Shushi on May 9.

RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan receives delegation led by Antoin Baghdigian

RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received the delegation led by President of the Union of Former Armenian Fighters and Resistance Movement Participants in France Antoin Baghdigian. The Union is part of the Coordinating Council of Armenian Organizations in France (CCAF) and carries out activities in memory of WWII hero Misak Manushyan and the 23 members of his group.

On May 4, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, President of the Union of Writers of Armenia Levon Ananyan, Istanbul-Armenian playwright Arman Vardanian, prose writer Norayr Adalyan, Head of the “Diaspora” Scientific Research Center at Kh. Abovyan Armenian State Pedagogical University Suren Danielyan, employees of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and others attended a medal handing ceremony at the RA Ministry of Diaspora.

Hagop Kasarjian awarded Mkhitar Gosh Medal

On April 27, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan presented the Mkhitar Gosh Medal of the RA Ministry of Diaspora to Lebanese-Armenian public and political figure Hagop Kasarjian, who has been awarded by the decree of RA President Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s declaration of independence for his weighty contributions to the preservation of the Armenian identity, services to the homeland, as well as contributions to the strengthening of friendship between the Republic of Armenia and foreign countries.
